Service model

Appointments

Financial advice here is delivered through structured meetings — not an open drop-in queue. This page explains the sequence so you know what to prepare and when fees apply.

  1. Request

Send a short note via the contact form or telephone. We confirm whether your question fits our advice areas and propose discovery times.

  2. Discovery conversation

A 30–40 minute call or office visit to understand goals, timelines, and documents. No product recommendation is made at this stage.

  3. Engagement letter

If we proceed, you receive a letter setting scope, fee, and responsibilities. Regulated advice work begins only after you accept.

  4. Fact-find & modelling

We gather pension statements, valuations, and spending notes, then prepare projections or comparisons for your case.

  5. Recommendation meeting

You receive a written recommendation explained in person or by video. Questions are expected; pressure is not.

  6. Follow-up

Flagship retirement engagements include a follow-up call within 90 days. Other services specify follow-up in the letter.

Two people in a calm advisory meeting

Meeting locations

In person at 1811 Giovani Center, Riceborough, Wales, United Kingdom, or by video across the United Kingdom.

What to bring

  • Latest pension and ISA statements
  • State Pension forecast if available
  • Mortgage or protection policy schedules where relevant
  • A rough note of monthly essential spending

Cancelling or moving a meeting

Please give at least two working days’ notice where you can. Deposits and fees already incurred for work underway are covered in our refund policy. No-shows may forfeit a booked discovery slot without a fee if no paid work has begun — we simply rebook when diaries allow.
