2. Data we collect

Contact form submissions may include your name, email address, preferred meeting date, selected advice area, and message content. During an engagement we may collect identity details, financial information, and documents needed for regulated advice, as described in your engagement letter and privacy schedule.

3. Purposes and lawful bases

• Responding to enquiries — legitimate interests and/or steps prior to a contract.
• Providing regulated financial advice — performance of a contract and legal/regulatory obligations.
• Site operation and optional analytics cookies — consent where required; see our cookie policy.

4. Retention

Enquiry messages that do not become clients are typically retained for up to 24 months. Client advice records are retained for periods required by financial services regulation and our retention schedule — often at least five years after the end of the advisory relationship, and longer where rules or complaints risk require it.

5. Sharing

We may share data with IT and email providers who process information on our instructions, with product providers when you ask us to implement a recommendation, and with professional advisers (such as solicitors) where you authorise coordination. We do not sell personal data.
